A motion was made by Councilmember Huber and seconded by Councilmember Schwab to 1) approve the placement of three of the five proposed portable restrooms in City parks and greenways at Comanche Creek on Otterson Drive, at the bridge over Lindo Channel at the Esplanade, and one at Humboldt Park, (with the remaining two to be discussed further) and 2) allocating $83,500.00 in funding for this project to help cover any additional damages or cleaning costs.
