A motion was made by Councilmember Winslow and seconded by Vice Mayor Bennett to accept the Downtown Chico Business Association Final Report for the Downtown Business District Enhancement Program; and acknowledge DCBA's commitment to utilize $15,000 of the final $32,500 payment for a Downtown Chico video marketing effort consistent with the PSA scope of services.
